Code Orange alerts have been popping up early this year! Usually we have to wait until after the Fourth of July to go Halloween Hunting but stores are putting out their Halloween items early! I checked out the Cracker Barrel and TJ Maxx in my town to see what (if any) Halloween items were out.

Code Orange at Cracker Barrel

Code Orange at Cracker Barrel

This was my first time Halloween Hunting at Cracker Barrel and it did not disappoint! They only had one area of their gift shop dedicated to Halloween items but it was overflowing. Personal favorites were the frog witch blow mold, the highland cow ghost, a glow in the dark Scooby Doo sweatshirt, and hanging bat salt and pepper shakers. I put a quick video of my trip together so you could see what my store has! Check it out below 👻. If you don’t have a Cracker Barrel location near by you can shop their spooky gifts online here.

Halloween Finds at TJ Maxx

Code Orange seems to have hit TK Maxx stores (UK’s version of TJ Maxx), but I haven’t seen anything at my local TJ Maxx store yet. I’m assuming since the UK and Australia don’t celebrate July 4th, their stores put out their Halloween items earlier. Code Orange is more fun in person, but while we wait we can Halloween Hunt at TJ Maxx online. Below is a gallery of my top picks that are currently available. Click the image to shop the item! But go fast! Some of these items only have one or two available!

These are the only two stores in my town that have a Code Orange so far, but I’m going to keep hunting! A few of them have neon or pastel “Summerween” items, but personally I prefer the classic Halloween items year round. What have you found so far this year??
